HEART REHAB...
Suppose to do, two walks a day, which I've messured to be, 2.5 miles each, also take, 2.5, ramipril, (am heart med.) But the air! " Ooooh that smell, can't you smell that smell?, the smell of death is all around us."! For real! A prayer this morning, for all those, who have to work outside in this crap! (smoke filled air). I heard a Woman on TV, last night, says she moving! I can't blame, this resident of South Georgia.
